Another awesome home renovation is complete and ready for sale.

This rehab project is located at 9 Milford St in Springfield. It was a two bedroom cape with two rooms in the second floor that were unfinished and unheated. We did a full rehab on the house including converting the unfinished space into 2 additional bedrooms.

Some of the improvements we did to this house flip are new windows, new plumbing, new heating system, new electric, fresh paint inside and out, remove the wall between the kitchen and living room to create an open floor plan, new bathroom, new kitchen, and many other amazing improvements!!!!
