Here is a look at our latest rehab project. I am calling this one our Greendale Renovation, I don’t know why but it seems like a fitting name.

 

This is a cute little starter cape that is 4 bedrooms and 1 full bath with around 1,000-1,100 square feet.

Surprisingly none of the four bedrooms had a closet, so we added closets to each of the bedrooms. We also are doing a new roof, new siding, new kitchen, new boiler, update the bathroom, redo all the flooring, fresh paint and a host of other improvements.

 

Here is the what the house looked like when we bought it.

 

This one should be getting cleaned and staged over the next week then it’ll be on the market.I’ll post some updates for you on the finished product.
