Flip This Townhouse – Rehab Finished

Here it is; the final look at our first condo/townhouse rehab.

It came out pretty awesome; as usual!!

We created a more open floorplan on the first floor and installed bamboo hardwood throughout. We added brand new cherry cabinets with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Both bathrooms were renovated and now have a Spa-like feel.

Flip this TownHouse – Hampden Homebuyers Style

Here is a first for our company, we are flipping a condo….. well a townhouse actually.

Our latest rehab is a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath townhouse style unit located in an awesome complex. The rehab is pretty easy because we don’t have to worry too much about the exterior of the property and we can just focus on the interior renovations.

The kitchen and bathrooms are very old and dated. The paint and carpet are beat up and tired. We need to bring this property back to life!!

For this particular unit we are doing a new kitchen, new bathrooms, new recessed lighting and light fixtures, new bamboo hardwood flooring, new berber carpeting, fresh paint, some new doors and  creating an amazing open floor plan.

52 Michael Dr – South Hadley Rehab Complete

So here it is; the unveiling of our South Hadley rehab project at 52 Michael Dr.

This 4 bedroom 2 full bath home came out incredible!! We did a full renovation on this home complete with new kitchen, new plumbing, 2 new baths, new electric, new flooring, new roof and a host of other amazing improvements.

We removed the wall between the kitchen and living room to create a great open space. We finished off the lower level with a master suite complete with a gorgeous master bath.

New South Hadley Rehab Project

Things are getting crazy here in the great city of Springfield MA. The market is on the move and we are buying and selling houses like it is going out of style.

One recent project that we are wrapping up is this amazing rehab in South Hadley. (Seen Below)

We purchased this home as a short sale after it had sat vacant for some time. Obviously the yard got a bit overgrown and needed some TLC. The inside was just as messy due to some water damage from a couple burst pipes and a dated interior.
