New South Hadley Rehab Project

Things are getting crazy here in the great city of Springfield MA. The market is on the move and we are buying and selling houses like it is going out of style.

One recent project that we are wrapping up is this amazing rehab in South Hadley. (Seen Below)

 

We purchased this home as a short sale after it had sat vacant for some time. Obviously the yard got a bit overgrown and needed some TLC. The inside was just as messy due to some water damage from a couple burst pipes and a dated interior.

In the backyard we have an awesome heated pool that would make Hugh Hefner jealous!!. Here is a look at it:

Hahaha…. so this pool gives a new meaning to Walk the Plank!!

 

We’ve been so busy the house flipping blog hasn’t been getting as many updates, but we have a whole slew of projects in the works so more updates will be on the way.
