We finished up a new renovation project and it is ready to go up for sale.
The property is a 3 bedroom ranch with a huge 2 car garage, large yard and finished basement. It has a full bath, half bath and just under 1,100 square feet.
We did new roof, siding, windows…. new electric, new kitchen, new bathrooms…. plus all our usual top notch upgrades; granite counters, stainless steel appliances, shower panel with body jets, cherry stained hardwood floors, etc.
All that’s left is to get the yard cleaned up and take some fresh new photos of the exterior. Those will come when it stops raining and the sun comes out again
Check out the finished home, fully staged and ready for a lucky new homeowner!
I’ve got some before pics and a before video of this one that I have yet to post…… you guys are going to be amazed at the transformation!!

Hello I would like to know the price of Garcia St and long view St house too.
Hi Martin.
Both are sold now. I have several other renovated homes, what are you looking for?
That is one nice transformation. Would it be alright to ask how much you picked it up for and put into the rehab? Happy Thanksgiving!
Absoluetly amazing rehab!
Congratulations on the offers.
Wising you a happy and blessed Thanksgiving.
Very nice job, but NO Excellent JOB!
Did you list it as owner financed or just list it with a local realtor?
Please tell us more…..I’m sure there are others just as curious as I am…….
Hi Jim,
We listed it on the market retail.
Both Dominic and I are agents so we list all our own properties.
Thanks for the compliments on the house.
Just wanted to give a little update. Great job Matt with this post and pictures. This house has been on the market for only 2 days and the phone is blowing up. We have had about 10 showings with 1/2 a dozen more set up AND we already have multiple offers. I wish they all went this well.
Hey Danny, glad you like the rug. The staging lady has some interesting accessories for sure. We were reluctant at first because her style was different from what we were use to but she knows whats she is doing. Most of the times our offers ask for the staging items to be included.
Thanks for following the blog posts. Keep checking in because we have a lot of great stuff happening.

Hi Dennis,
