Loved the video. I’m from MA so it all looks familiar. At least you have a basement. We mostly are on slabs so the furnace now goes in the attic. I like the recessed frig idea. We often take out broom closets and walls to open up the kitchen too. We like to add the island or bar/counter with pendant lights just like you mentioned. Can’t wait to see the finish. We do the same thing to open up floorplans; eliminating closets, removing chimneys, knocking out walls, etc…..
