We are finishing properties fast and furious right now.
Next up to go on the market is our amazing Longmeadow rehab located at 130 Shady Side Dr.
We did a full renovation of this property and it came out awesome.
This is a huge 3 bedroom 2.5 bath executive ranch located in one of the best neighborhoods of the affluent town of Longmeadow. The home has almost 2,600 square feet. The biggest challenge with the rehab of this house was the sheer size of it….. theres so much square footage and so much surface that needs to be covered that the material and labor cost can add up quickly!
We now have the property staged and it will be For Sale shortly. Check out the awesome pics: (you can see all the Before pictures HERE)
.
So there it is…. this one is Stunning!!! Don’t you wanna just pack your bags and move right into this one??
I just wish you all could see it first hand to experience what an awesome home this is!!!! 🙂
Well thats it for now. We’ve got a couple other homes finishing up and some new ones in the works so I’ll be busy doing updates for you all over the next couple weeks.

Wow, it looks great! The floors are really what make the whole house. Light, clean and modern but with enough dark grain in there to go with the cherry cabinets and compliment darker furniture too. What kind of wood is it?
Hi Marie,
Thanks for the compliments on our rehab.
The wood floors we used are all solid oak. They came out looking awesome.
This home has hardwoods all the way through…. from the living room to the bedrooms.
It’s a great selling feature.
Yes I do want to pack my bags and move right in. It looks greatly spacious!
Wonderful job, fellas. Do you typically get flak from buyers when you leave paneling and paint it (family room) ? I have had buyers walk away from a house for that one simple thing.
Keep up the excellent work. Nice to see you are putting all these homes back into use….most likely, better than when they were originally built !!
Hi Dennis,
Thanks for the compliments on the rehab!!!
Usually we get rid of paneling, but this was full wood tongue and groove paneling that was in really good condition, it just needed to be lightened up with some fresh paint.
Looks great – love the detail around the fireplace and the black granite on the dark cabinets – very rich looking.
Thanks Kathy,
The fireplace did come out real nice. Our carpenters did an awesome job with that.
Looks awesome fellas! Another job well done Matt and Dom!
Thank You Zac!
Fantastic!
Beautiful house! Great job.
Thanks Danny
