In my previous post we saw the before photos of our renovation at 104 Roy St in Springfield. This was a little time capsule home that hadn’t been updated since it was built in the 1950’s!!
The team at Hampden Homebuyers has finished the rehab of this home and it is now for sale. It looks awesome!!
We knocked out the wall between the kitchen and living room to create an amazing open floor plan, we rewired the home, added a full bath to the second floor, fully renovated both baths, added a new kick ass kitchen and a plethora of other improvements!!
