The rehab of our Ellendale Circle property in Springfield is complete and it came out Awesome!
We took this awkward two bedroom ranch with a screwed up floorplan and turned it into an amazing four bedroom 2 full bath masterpiece. The home now has about 3,000 sq. ft. of living space with the fully finished basement.
We opened up the floorplan using a recessed LVL beam. Now the dining area, kitchen and living room seamlessly flow into one giant great room.
We ended up gutting out most of the interior and adding new electric, new plumbing, and a new heating system. The kitchen layout was changed and we added a large center island. The kitchen has granite counters, tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and cherry finish cabinets.
We ran new bamboo flooring throughout most of the first floor rooms and did a Berber carpet in the finished basement area.
The laundry was added to the first floor bathroom for convenience.
Here are the finished photos. You can see the before pics and video here; Ellendale Before Pics and Video
We did all new landscaping to the property including adding a new lawn. Some nice recessed lights were added to the front soffit.
We did black shutters and a black front door. This combo looks great against the brick house.
So, there it is….. another Hampden Homebuyers Masterpiece
We really turned this one out
Lets have one more look at that Kitchen…….

Great work! How much are you guys listing it for? Must be making good money.
It all looks fantastic – great job on the landscaping! Aloha…
Aloha Mike,
The landscaping did come out very nice. It really dresses up the front of the home.
Thanks for stopping by!
Hello Mike,
The landscaping did come out great but I wish we could get some of the beautiful hard & soft scapes you have in Hawaii. I see your pics on FaceBook and it looks gorgeous there. I think Hampden Homebuyers should hold our annual meeting there see some of the projects you are working on. Not a bad goal to work towards.
Later,
-DK-
Where did you get the basement bar stools? Awesome!
Shannon,
The bar and the stools were already there, we just cleaned them up.
You just whetted my appetite for rehabs. You did a great project.
Thanks Chris.
Your going to have to start rehabbing some of those properties that are coming your way.
