The videos serve many different purposes.
We actually show them to everybody; buyers, sellers, Realtors, appraisers, lenders, investors, etc…..
With each person they serve a little different purpose, but our main goal is to show off the quality of work that we do, contrast the before and afters and to be transparent in our rehabbing efforts.
