Here is another fantastic house flip that we bought and renovated in the beautiful city of Springfield MA.

So this is a sweet little ranch that we picked up to rehab. This little puppy was a mess when we got it, but that didn’t deter us from doing a full rehab on it and turning out another killer home.
Fully Renovated Springfield MA House For Sale
The work performed was substantial. We did a new roof with all new sheathing, new siding, new exterior sheathing, new plumbing, new electric, new bamboo flooring, new bathrooms, new kitchen, new baseboard heaters, new insulation, all new sheetrock, new landscaping and we finished the basement.
We opened up the floorplan very similiar to both the Ellendale house and Fayette St. We knocked the wall out between the kitchen and living rooms and recessed an LVL beam in the attic to give a completely open floor plan. Here’s how it looked:

Our buyers love these open floor plan ranches and every time we do one they sell like hotcakes!!
We gutted out the interior, did all new framing and reworked the floorplan. We ran the Bamboo flooring all the way through the living room and into the kitchen.
Believe it or not, this little ranch has four bedrooms with 2 full and one half baths.

We listed this one for sale and it went almost immediately with multiple offers!! On to the next one….

Awesome, amazing work. After looking at the before posting, I really cannot believe this is the same house. Were you able to mitigate the structural issues, like the rotted flooring? I could die for that open and bright living room. It is inspirational! The kitchen is also fantastic. I’m sure buyers will go ape over this place. It seems like it will be a perfect starter home.

It did come out awesome Matt! Staging looks great also! Are you guys testing out different tile backsplashes in your kitchens? I don’t recall seeing this style in the past.

We started using a different backsplash in the kitchen when we went to the darker cabinets with the Kashmere White granite top….. something a little darker to offset the light granite. We liked it a lot so we have been using it in most of the houses now with the dark granite too. Also Lowes kept running out or would discontinue some of the tiles in our other backsplash’s so we decided to roll with a different look.
You’ll see the same tile in a shower that we just completed in our Garcia St rehab. I’m gonna post pics of those soon.
