Chicopee Rehab “After”

Home For Sale Chicopee

Home For Sale Chicopee

Here is a look at the “after” photos of our recently completed renovated home in Chicopee, MA.

Not too dramatic a change on the outside. The siding and roof were in good condition. The biggest change is the 2 feet of snow!! but that should be melting up here pretty quickly.

You can see all the before photos here: Chicopee home renovation before pics .

  1. Great finished product! We do flipping and I also buy long term rental properties. Do you buy and hold properties as well or just flip them?

  2. Matt,
I’ve been following this blog for years, i must say you both inspire the rest us of to keep moving forward! I know a few years ago you answered this question on a comment on an earlier rehab but i just searched and searched and couldn’t find it. Would you mind sharing your schedule of standard finishes(can email to me if you’d rather not re-publicize)? I have a new rehab in a different part of my state that i want to try at least your paint and backsplash/floor tiles. Its great not just for time savings but also cost savings to use the same core products/finishes from one rehab to the next and vary only the accent pieces break things up. Look forward to your response! Cheers

    • Hi Des,

Thank you for the great comment.

We do have standard materials that we use on all our projects, my project manager keeps that list, I’ll see if I can get it from him.

I can tell you that the tiles for the Kitchen floor and the kitchen backsplash are all from Home Depot. The kitchen floor tiles are 16×16.

We also use a sherwin williams paint color called “Softer Tan”. We get this color matched at Home Depot and use the Behr Premium Plus paint and primer in one. Get set up with an account at either sherwin williams or the paint program at Home Depot and you can save 10%-30% on your paint.

      Thanks again

  3. Great work! The kitchen backsplash adds a really nice touch.
