Butternut Hollow House Flip

Take a look at one of our latest rehabs that Hampden Homebuyers will soon be wrapping up.

This is a 4 bed 2 full bath cape located in an amazing neighborhood. We’ll call it Butternut Hollow.

The house suffered from quite a bit of deferred maintenance and needed considerable updating and upgrading.

Our renovation will consist of a new roof, new siding, new windows, complete overhaul of the landscaping, new kitchen, new baths, running a new gas line, new heating system, new central air, opening up the floorplan and many other improvements.

 

The backyard and side yards are really overgrown so we have to do lots of tree removal.

We are doing some really nice finishes in this property and I can’t wait to see the completed project!!
