52 Queen Ave, Renovation Finishing Up – Before Pictures

We are cranking out properties here at Hampden Homebuyers and I haven’t been able to keep the fresh updates coming!!

Well here’s a hot one for you — Flipping Boston style.

This home is located in West Springfield. It is a 4 bedroom 1 bath colonial that needed quite a bit of work. The property was a short sale that we purchased after some really lengthy short sale negotiations.

The interior was run down and beat up!!!

Well there she is in all her Beauty!!

We gutted this one out and put it back together.It has a new kitchen, new bath, new wiring, some new plumbing, new water heater and many other improvements. It came out looking awesome!!
